Make Three Cheese-Making Starter Kit

We provide recipes, ingredients, and equipment so you can learn to make delicious homemade feta, cheddar, and mozzarella. You provide the milk and basic kitchen utensils (pot, slotted spoon, and thermometer). Make up to 5 batches of each type of cheese, or mix and match the ingredients to try out other cheese recipes. Includes 10 rennet tablets, 5 doses each of 3 different cultures, 1 oz. mild lipase, 1 oz. calcium chloride solution, 1 lb. cheese salt, 4 oz. citric acid, 2 yards cheesecloth, 2 draining baskets, and a curd knife.
