Our traditional yogurt culture produces a probiotic yogurt with a traditional, slightly tart flavor and a medium consistency. We do not add any fillers or carrying agents—you just get the pure culture! Sets cow milk in as little as 6 hours! Easy to use and convenient! Contains 5 individual tear packets of starter culture. Each can be used to culture 1–2 gallons of milk.
Contains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis.
