Packet offerings contain 25 billion CFU each and can culture up to 3 gallons of milk. Jars in bulk gram amounts are ideal for economy and dosing or usage of your choice.

• 1/64 tsp = 35-45mg = ~5B CFU (easily enough for a qt to 1/2 gal yogurt make)
• 1/32 tsp = ~10B CFU (cultures 1-2 gals of milk)
• Microscooping can deliver as low as 5-15mg if desired (we may be making these available soon)
• Other per-use billion-per single-use packets can be made available upon request
