On it's own? It makes a thick and flavorful yogurt - thick for an un-strained yogurt, mild and subtly tart - but can be combined with other of our strains if you feel like experimenting and finding your favorite blend. Very similar to the yogurt resulting from single-strain culturing using our B. coagulans in thickness, mouth-feel, and mildly tart flavor. Look for our Coagulans/Plantarum/Reuteri blend for a well-balanced and diverse probiotic delivery in a delicious yogurt.
